Shipping


Our Boum Baes will receive their beauty box 5-10 business days after their purchase. Since the COVID-19 crises has happened some orders have been coming in a bit behind. Although this has been the case we have been working diligently with our courier to make sure all orders are sent out timely. If you have not received your Beauty Boxx please email team@boumboumboxx.com for customer service.




Returns


All beauty boxes are final. If item is damaged, items must be sent back 15 days by received date. Items must be returned unused with our tags and other materials. If items are a bit "shady" make sure you email us first with your name, name of membership box purchased, picture of item in box and email us the issue of item. Once we receive the email we will attend to the issue and reach out to you for further instructions if necessary. Email us team@boumboumboxx.com




Cancellation of membership


If you'd like to cancel or skip a month please contact customer service at team@boumboumboxx.com and tell us your issue. Your requests will happen immediately once we receive your email and respond to your email.




Boum Boum Boxx items


You will receive custom items from Lula Kollection ( i.g. lip glosses, lipsticks, mink lashes, skincare etc.). We are starting with custom items from our brand and we are working with local and big beauty brands to make our beauty box very unique.




Renewing membership


If you'd like to renew membership please contact customer service at team@boumboumboxx.com. Your requests will happen immediately once we receive your email and respond to your email.
